Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the mdothree Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses mdothree.com and its tool subdomains (the "Service").

1. You may not

• Use the Service to break any law or to infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• Process content you do not have the right to process, or use the tools to crack passwords, hashes, or credentials that are not yours;
• Use the breach checker or any other tool to target, harass, or surveil another person;
• Probe, scan, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its accounts, or its infrastructure;
• Circumvent usage limits, Pro gating, or payment, or share Pro account access outside your own use;
• Run automated or bulk requests against the Service except through features built for that purpose;
• Resell, rebrand, or redistribute the Service without our written permission;
• Upload malware or content intended to harm the Service or other users.

2. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, including Pro access, for a violation of this AUP. Termination for a violation does not entitle you to a refund (see our Refund Policy). Where the law requires it, we may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
