Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mdothree.com and its family of developer and productivity utilities (the "Service"), operated by MDO3D ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
mdothree.com provides a suite of browser-based tools for color, hashing, passwords, images, JSON, PDF, QR codes, text, and timestamps, among others. Core tools can be used without an account. Certain advanced features are available through a paid Pro subscription.
2. Access and Pro
Core tools may be used without an account. A Pro subscription unlocks additional features and removes usage limits. Pro is billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues through the end of the current billing period and all sales are final and we do not provide refunds for partial periods, except where required by law. See our Refund Policy.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
4. Your content
Most tools process your input in your browser. Where input is sent to our servers to perform a function, we use it only to provide that function. You retain all rights to the content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any content you upload.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or without errors, or that results produced by the tools are accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDO3D will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the mandatory laws of your place of residence provide otherwise.
